And this Lori, is a portion of treacle tart (see blog entry for Sunday 5th December) . The treacle tart was delivered to our front door at about six p.m. by its maker, friend Ros. Apparently Ann, before pushing off to Sweden, had asked Ros to deliver one. It was very oportune, as I was wondering what to have for pudding this evening, so of course I awarded meself a slice. Been working in the workshop most of today, so must now go and tidy it up, before retiring for the well earned eight hours or so. Good night all.
