Sunday4.

This family group photo shows Great Grandma Poole, her granddaughter Harriet, HER son Herbie, HIS great uncle David, and Great Grandma Clayton, all busily engaged in trying to get Herbie's right foot inserted into its sock. Success was finally achieved by Great Grandma Poole holding Herbie whilst Great Grandma Clayton put the sock back on Herbie's right foot. All the others retired from the unequal contest defeated.

What a wriggler!
Clever little Herbie - he knows he only has to whip off a sock to get the undivided attention of as many Great-Grannies as are available!
Clever to let them win occasionally too!

Quite agree with you, Crowbard. Except that Grannies and Great Grannies inevitably win anyway; especially in the long term (and they know all about the long term). So that 'letting them win occasionally' is only making a vertue out of a necessity
Warm regards, Mike.

P.s. Sorry :- virtue. Obviously know more about Grannies than I do about virtue- even a bit shaky on its spelling.
Cheers, Mike.
