The above photo is of our river, with the Council Offices beyond. The daffs in the grass beyond the river are now in full bloom.
Spent this morning in the workshop until about eleven when our friend Bill called to settle a little business and stayed for a coffee.
This afternoon, it being Easter Monday, and the weather being dry, but cloudy, we decided to walk over the footpaths to the next village (although like this one it considers itself a small town, and technically and historically, probably is, having a large mediaeval church, a market place, etc.)
Took a few snapshots on the walk. See next blog.
