Above is a Swedish savoury sandwich cake. The Swedish contingent made it to celebrate Great Grandaughter Elsa's fifth birthday (which we were celebrating -  along with our  anuual family get-together),  Our friends Ross and Simon Cook (very aptly named)  did the catering  generally (all were very impressed with the above, delicious, savoury cake). Being told of the imminence of breakfast-so morelater perhaps.
