Hi Mike, what did you do to make Wiltshire so wild?

Hello Carl. Wild in the sense of deepest or quietest Wiltshire, neither of which is so alliterative as wildest Wiltshire. It must have been the most civilised area in our island at one time, in that it bristles with henges, barrows, and ancient earthworks of whose purpose we know so little now.

And there I was imagining you and Ann leading the entire county in a wild knees-up or at least a 'Te-danse'!
