More Sunday.

Stormy sky and sunlight at end of Terry's garden. Very dramatic. Goodnight all.

Pleased to hear you are back to normal (whatever that is)! The flowers in the posy you bought me are still beautiful, thank you so much. Did you enjoy the cheese?

All it needs is a dear wandering across it. Beautiful.

Ta for the pics. I was nodding off on this very boring nightshift....

Hi, Maggy. Yes, back to normal, thanks. Which is a relief, as there aren't too many of us who are totally normal.
Thanks for the cheese. We had a small supper party last Tuesday evening (only five of us), and put what was left of it on the cheese board. No one had come across it before and it was very popular, thank you. Our love to you both, Mike.

Hi, P.man. I'll pass your suggestion on to Terry. I know what you mean about night shifts where nothing much is happening, although it's many years since. I always found that it helped to wander off to the wash room (about 2.30. a.m.) and have a good shave. Freshened me up, and kept me awake for the rest of the shift.
Regards, Mike.

Strange, when you went for a good shave that you always missed that bit on your top lip!

You're inspiring Maggie, This is the cause of all Mike's health issues.
By growing a full set of whiskers Mike, you have ceased to feel freshened up at 2:30 in the morning. Try setting your alarm for 2:30 am. and leaping up joyfully for a complete shave every morning. I'm sure you will become completely rejuvenated within a decade or so and revert to being the spry young shaver we all remember so well!

Bah! Humbug!!!!!

Ah well! It was just and idea!
I believe you to be truly noble for sacrificing your health in order to preserve that elegant face-rug.
Of course, considering Samson & Delilah, I may have been completely erroneous in commending such a BARBARIC depilation!!

Hi, Crowbard. I am of course flattered to be compared to the late Sampson (physically I trus -all things considered he really wasn't that bright mentally). I've always wondered whether he had time, when he heard the temple pillars creaking, to wonder if his conduct was really all that clever. On the other hand comparing Ann to Delilah(charming though she undoubtedly was in many ways) is perhaps a little less than gallant ?
Still, rest assured I shan't point that out to her.
Cheers, Mike.
