Just after supper at Sarah's, on Friday evening. Photo shows Ann and meself, senior daughter Sarah to my right, and her four children (left to right) Sophie, Lucy, Guy and Amelia. Sarah's husband, Mikey, is behind the camera, squeezing the bulb.
Hi Mike, 'Squeezing the Bulb!' -that's hardly C.21st. technology old bean. Most of the youngsters wouldn't even recognise a shutter release Bowden-cable let alone a pneumatic pressure operated camera. It might be helpful to your more recent readers to adend your blog with pithy descriptions of the origins of some of your less common phraseology alongside your Anglo-American translatoratory foot-notes perhaps. Glossolallic good wishes, C.
