watched the world go by - very restful.
I tried to take photographs for the delectation of my readers, but found the camera being totally non cooperative. Handed the camera to granddaughter Beth, who found the problem- I'd forgotten to replace the memory card after doing yesterday's blog. I must admit to being not altogether high tech. However Beth, who is altogether Hi-tec, took these photos on her camera, then when we got home, transferred them to my blog. By magic, I suppose! Being called upstairs for supper. Goodnight All.
P.s. Reopen this to say that although the temperature in the garden was really uncomfortably high, this morning ; by the time we got to the beach, the temperature, although warm, was not uncomfortably so. It was much warmer a few miles inland than at the seaside.

Lovely photos Beth! And the seaside is a good place to be when it's so hot. Love to all xxx
Lovely picture of you both. See you soon xx
Thank you Mags.
It's too hot to be outside at present, but I'm sure the sea breeze helped. I bought Tim a new camera and he's always meaning to take wonderful photos - but usually leaves it at home!
Hello Z. Tell Tim that the last thing I always put in the car is my camera - the glove compartment. It's just that I'm still a bit shaky on things like the memory card. Wouldn't it be good if someone could invent a memory card for elderly gentlemen?
Stick with the technologies you excel at Mike, forget the camera but take some engraving kit and pop out a quick pic with your burrin....
I nearly went to Felixstowe myself last Thursday and then decided it was too hot, so hid up indoors all day.
Glad to see you getting out and about and hope that Anne is enjoying better eyesight following her op. My Mum had her cataracts removed last year and is delighted with the results.
Hello Liz. Yes, So's Ann. Trust you're both well?
