One of the nicest pieces of English furniture I have seen in a long time. The faces half way up the chest front look out at us across five or six centuries.
Yes. It was built sometime in the 1400s. IKEA- wash your mouth out, Sir!!!!!!! My Swedish son-in-law says that IKEA is the Swedish version of M.F.I. I think I've got that right. Cheers.
