Christmas 7.

Moving off.
I have never seen so many riders at our hunt, or so many people turn out to support them. We met a friend of ours as we walked home, who said the same. She said :- "All you have to do is to ban a thing, to get everyone on its side immediately". I think she hit the nail squarely on the head.
Dinner time. More later, perhaps.

How true. Anti hunting bods have no idea do they?

Rarely will a hunt actually catch a fox and, if they do, it is invariably very old or very sick or, quite probably both.....

In actual fact, hunting used to help cull the sick and elderly thereby helping the species.

Mind you...as I get older I don't want culling!!!...;-)

Hope you had a cracking day old bean. We did.

Lots of parsnips. mmmmmm....parsnips...;-)

Right. Off to wait on the wifey. Least I can do after yesterdays lovely spread!!!!

Nothing stirs folk to action more than being told they mustn't do something. Townies should have no say in the affairs of an agricultural culture on two counts.
1. It is none of their business.
2. They are misinformed and inexperienced in such matters.
