Ann is looking very settled in the new abode, so pleased it has been a good move for you both, even if there is no going upstairs to Bedfordshire anymore. 🦢
Dear Madeleine. It's an odd thing about bungalow living that despite KNOWING we're all on one floor the mind still thinks UPSTAIRS?DOWNSTAIRS. e.g. "I'll just nip upstairs for a hanky" I still think the last great unexplored teritory on earth lies between the ears.
