Hi Carl. No when we came to a T junction and had snuck up close enough to get a good look, it was in fact (and probably had been all the time), a Morgan. But I think you're probably right about the date. I think it was just post war. Nice old crate, though.
Every Morgan owner I've spoken to says that every time they drove it something fell off - but there was always enough left together to get them home. - but I haven't spoken to a Morgan owner since 1965.

ReplyDeleteJust spotted the curved winged Morgan badge on the spare-wheel clamp - I'm getting a bit slow on the uptake!
